Our story

Based in the heart of Marbella, Spain, we work in sales, rentals and top-tier property services, with a deep understanding of the local market. Our team is committed to solutions built around what each owner actually wants from their property.
Whether it is a luxury seafront villa, a townhouse in Nueva Andalucía or a holiday apartment on the Mörlialp, the work is the same: know the building, know the rules, know the people who can fix it, and tell the owner the truth about all three.
That is why our work spans Europe rather than a single market. We did not follow a market — we followed owners, who rarely keep everything they own inside one country.

How we operate
Four principles that decide the hard calls

Transparency
Contractor invoices are passed on as issued. We take no supplier commission, and our fee is visible on every statement.

Prevention
We would rather spend on an inspection than on a repair. Maintenance calendars exist so that emergencies are rare.

We manage where we can be at the door the same day. Coverage we cannot deliver is coverage we do not offer.

Our office
Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
Our office sits in Centro Plaza in Nueva Andalucía, a few minutes from Puerto Banús and within reach of most of the properties we manage in the region. It is also where the reporting for every property we look after, wherever it stands, is put together.
Owners are welcome to come in. If you are on the coast and want the state of your property explained with the file open in front of you, tell us when you are arriving.
