This website is built to collect as little data as possible. It sets no cookies, loads no fonts, maps, videos or analytics from third-party servers, and does not track visitors between pages.

Server log files

Our hosting provider automatically records standard access data (IP address, time of request, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). This is necessary to deliver and secure the website and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are not merged with other data sources.

Contact form and email

If you send us an enquiry, the details you provide are processed solely to answer it and to handle any follow-up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. Your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only, and is never transmitted to us.

Fonts and external content

Typefaces are served from our own domain. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party content network when you view this site.

You have the right to information about, correction of, deletion of and restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@m13property.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or the authority for your place of residence.
